TOTAL opens its energy exhibition during the ’Long Night of the Sciences’ event in Berlin
ENERGY IN MOTION provides a platform for finding out more about various energy sources and how they can be applied. Topics such as CO2 emissions and climate change are addressed from a global perspective. In addition, very specific application fields for fossil and renewable energy sources are demonstrated in modern exhibits and educational formats using digital media. The infotainment range is rounded off with local examples relating to the city of Berlin with a special focus on the sustainable use of energy.
'Urban mobility in the future'
As part of the Berlin Long Night of Sciences program, the Clean Energy Partnership will also be participating. Beneath the TOUR TOTAL building, its offer for visitors includes the opportunity taking test drives in hydrogen-powered fuel cell vehicles between 5.30 pm and 8.30 pm. At around 9.00 pm a panel of experts will be discussing the issue of 'Urban mobility in the future' with representatives of the following organisations: DriveNow (Carsharing), Automobile expert (consultant for automobile manufacturers), Berliner Agency for Electromobility (eMO), Clean Energy Partnership (CEP), Institute for Traffic research (DLR) and TOTAL.
All interested visitors are welcome to participate and put their questions directly to the mobility experts and enjoy a unique view of Berlin from the 14th floor of the TOUR TOTAL.
