TOTAL launches new Services App
Berlin, 26th September 2016 – Nowadays, most of the 650,000 customers that visit TOTAL fuel stations every day are well-versed in using smartphones. The free TOTAL Services App is now available in the Google Play Store for Android devices and also in iTunes for Apple devices.
This newly developed application has the following functions:
- TOTAL fuel station finder with the latest fuel prices
- Options for evaluating TOTAL stations
- The option to download countries with TOTAL fuel station networks
- TOTAL promotion offers specially for users of the app
- ‘My Services +’ offers additional information about current topics and new activities by TOTAL
- TOTAL carwash station finder
Udo Wink, Project Manager Digital Transformation at TOTAL Deutschland underlines: “Development of the TOTAL Services App is ongoing. We already have some great ideas that we will be presenting as new features shortly!”
There will be a greater focus on developing innovative products and digital services for TOTAL customers in the future, as reflected, for instance, by the plan to install a free WLAN service at approx. 600 TOTAL stations nationwide.
